Delivery

We deliver orders across Sri Lanka using reliable third-party courier services. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location, the selected product and the weight.

  • Orders are processed and packed from our inventory promptly after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
  • We aim for fast delivery, typically within 3-7 business days for most areas, but this may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. This shorter period is due to the nature of our products (premium fish feed, water treatments, medications, and supplements), which are sensitive to handling, storage, and potential contamination once opened or used.

If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same sealed condition as received.
  • It must be in the original, undamaged packaging with all labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Any opened or used products (including fish food, treatments, medications, or supplements) due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Perishable or consumable goods where the seal has been broken.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items: We carefully inspect products before dispatch. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or original payment method.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer, as refund processing may take additional time.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at Livechat or info@goldenfin.lk and we’ll investigate.

Shipping Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs and safely packaging the item. We recommend using a traceable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
